Ten disciplined stages from field to vessel.
- 01
Raw Material Collection
Palm kernel shell sourced directly from partnered palm oil mills. Coconut shell from copra centers in Sulawesi & Sumatra.
- 02
Cleaning & De-fibering
Mechanical de-fibering removes residual mesocarp fiber, dust, and foreign matter to meet <3% impurity spec.
- 03
Sun & Rotary Drying
Moisture reduced through a combination of solar drying yards and industrial rotary dryers, calibrated to 12–15%.
- 04
Screening & Sizing
Vibrating screens grade material to buyer-specified particle-size windows — 10–30 mm, 20–60 mm, or custom.
- 05
Controlled Carbonization
For charcoal grades — low-oxygen carbonization kilns (mechanical & modified earthen) preserve density and micro-porosity.
- 06
Sorting & Grading
Manual and mechanical sorting removes off-spec pieces. Bulk density and visual grading applied per contract.
- 07
Laboratory QC Testing
In-house lab (bomb calorimeter, TGA, XRF) samples every lot. Third-party SGS/CCIC verification on request.
- 08
Packaging & Weighing
Jumbo bags (500 / 800 / 1000 kg), PP bags, cartons — each bag weighed on calibrated platform scales.
- 09
Warehouse Staging
Covered warehouse staging with lot numbering, moisture re-check, and fumigation where destination requires.
- 10
Container Loading & Export
Loaded FCL at Belawan, Dumai, or Tanjung Priok. Documentary package (CoA, CoO, Phyto, B/L) issued same day.

Every lot tested. Every shipment verified.
An in-house ISO 17025-aligned lab paired with SGS or CCIC pre-shipment inspection ensures spec compliance from bag to bill of lading.
